Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days following receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn with labels, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the incorrect item. After taking the proper protocol, we will access the issue and address it accordingly.
Exceptions /Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient, expedited way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will receive notifications of approval or denial once your return is inspected. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your application is approved, your original form of payment will be automatically refunded. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need more time to process and remit funds to your account.
